Are you real estate agents?
No. Homeowner's Ally is a real estate investment company, not a licensed real estate brokerage. We don't list your property or represent you. You're always welcome to have your own attorney or agent review our offer.
Do you buy the property yourselves?
We either buy it ourselves or work with one of our partner buyers, such as local builders and investors. Our purchase agreement may be assigned to a partner, and we'll tell you that in writing before you sign.
Are there fees or commissions?

How fast can you close?
